Our reservation and cancellation policy is as follows:
50% Deposit Required at Time of Reservation
The balance of the deposit is due 30 days before the arrival. The entire deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made 15 days beofre your arrival (during Christmas, Spring Break and off season Holidays, a 35 day notice is required for a refund of 100% - 20 days for a 50% refund). Cancellations withing the formentioned time periods forfeit the entire deposit. $1, 000 Damage Deposit
Damage Deposit will be held (not cashed), until departure inspection is completed. If there is no damage, the check will be returned.
$75 Cleaning Fee
A $75 nonrefundable cleaning fee will be required with every rental. Rental prices do not include this fee.
